Eindhoven: city of design & tech

Eindhoven became big - literally and figuratively - thanks to Philips. In this century, the "city of tacklers" is working on a new identity. With great success: Eindhoven, as the heart of the Brainport region, stands for technology, design, innovation, knowledge and countless hospitality hotspots.

Strijp-S, the forbidden city

For a long time, Strijp-S was the "forbidden city", where you could only come if you worked in one of the many factories or offices of Philips. After the departure of Philips, the area was redeveloped into a breeding and meeting place for the creative sector. The old factories have been turned into studios, restaurants, music venues, boutiques and homes. On site you will regularly find events such as the Feelgood market , Bier & Big and King-S .

Experience events

Eindhoven is an active city with a lot of culture and internationally renowned events. Consider, for example, the club evenings in the Klokgebouw , the catering industry on the Kleine Berg and of course a game at PSV . There is always something to do!

Taste the world kitchen

Life is good in Eindhoven. In addition to the many cozy Brabant eateries, you can taste world cuisine in the Downtown Gourmet Market or the Vershal. Visit Van Moll or the Stadsbrouwerij for a nice craft beer, and Bobby's for a killer G&T. For a real culinary experience you can go to the Karpedonkse hoeve or Zarzo.

Optimal accessibility

By car you are on the A2 within 5 minutes, with the airport shuttle you are at Eindhoven Airport within 15 minutes and Central Station is 5 minutes by bike. What else do you want?
