During the registration we ask you for some documents. Which documents we need from you depend on your income situation. Below you will find a list per situation. In addition, there are a number of general points for attention when submitting documents. Please read this page carefully before submitting your documents to make sure they meet the guidelines. To ensure the authenticity of the documents, Microsoft Word files will not be accepted. Make sure to send all documents as PDF if the broker asks for it.

 

Payroll documents checklist:

✓ Copy passport / identity card
✓Copy bank card from account from which rent has to be debited

✓ Recent Pay slip
✓1 x a bank statement of your salary (recent)
✓UWV statement including employment history
✓ Recent employer’s statement
✓Recent landlord statement from current landlord (if you are currently renting a home)
✓Recent mortgage holder’s statement from the bank (if you are in possession of an owner-occupied home)
✓ Annual mortgage statement (if you are in possession of a home for sale)
✓ Income tax return last year (if you have sold your home)
✓ Copy of the (draft) deed of sale (if you have sold your home)
✓ Extract from the population register of your current residential area with residential history (max. 3 months old)
✓ SVB statement (if income from PGB)

 

Documents checklist self-employed:

✓ Copy passport / identity card
✓Copy bank card from account from which rent has to be debited
✓ Most recent annual accounts, profit and loss account and balance sheet
✓ Certified auditor’s report
✓Copy registration Chamber of Commerce
✓IB60 form
✓Recent landlord statement from current landlord (if you are currently renting a home)
✓Recent mortgage holder’s statement from the bank (if you are in possession of a home for sale)
✓ Annual mortgage statement (if you are in possession of a home for sale)
✓ Income tax return last year (if you have sold your home)
✓ Copy of the (draft) deed of sale (if you have sold your home)
✓ Extract from the population register of your current residential area with residential history (max. 3 months old)

 

Documents checklist if retired:

✓ Copy passport / identity card
✓Copy bank card from account from which rent has to be debited
✓ Recent AOW slip and / or annual statement
✓ Recent pension slip and / or annual statement
✓Copy bank card from account from which rent has to be debited
✓Recent landlord statement from current landlord (if you are currently renting a home)
✓Recent mortgage holder’s statement from the bank (if you own a home)
✓ Annual mortgage statement (if you are in possession of a home for sale)
✓ Income tax return last year (if you have sold your home)
✓ Copy of the draft deed of sale (if you have sold your home)
✓ Extract from the population register of your current residential area with residential history (max. 3 months old)

Tips

Date of signature of the document
Documents must not be older than 3 months at the time of upload.

 

Validity
To ensure the authenticity of the documents, word files are not processed. Make sure to upload all documents as PDF in your personal customer file.

 

ID Card
A driver’s license is not seen as a valid proof of identity. We would like to receive a copy of a valid passport or ID. Please note: the citizen service number and passport photo may not be visible on the copy of the passport or ID.
